Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   Customized items, accessories, and intimate wear cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Process

   • Email us at with your order details and reason for return.
   • Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping Costs

   • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we cover the shipping costs.
   • For other returns, customers bear the return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process for Returns
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

   To be eligible for a return, you must have a video proof while opening the package and item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
